Dumping is the sale of a product that has been legally imported and then priced below its normal market price. Dumping is illegal in most international markets and is classified as an “unfair trade practice” by the US Government. The US Department of Commerce, in conjunction with the International Trade Commission, is responsible for enforcing Anti-Dumping Laws in the US.
